1. Participation & Personal Responsibility

Yoga and wellness practices involve physical movement and personal awareness. By participating in any Devotion Yoga class or experience, you acknowledge that you are responsible for listening to your body and practicing within your own limits. Always consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new fitness or wellness program.

Devotion Yoga is not responsible for injuries or health conditions that may arise from participation.

2. Memberships, Class Packs & Purchases

All memberships, class packs, workshops, and retail purchases are non-transferable and subject to the pricing and terms presented at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Purchases are non-refundable

  • Expiration dates apply to class packs

  • Membership billing cycles and cancellation policies are outlined at signup

3. Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

To ensure fairness and availability for all students:

  • Classes must be canceled within the posted cancellation window

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a class credit being forfeited

  • Schedule changes and instructor substitutions may occur

4. Studio Conduct & Community Standards

Devotion Yoga is a welcoming, inclusive space. All members and guests are expected to act respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow students.

Devotion Yoga reserves the right to refuse service or remove individuals whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with our community values.

5. Compliance With Laws & Regulations

Devotion Yoga operates in full compliance with all applicable federal, State of Florida, Orange County, and City of Orlando laws, regulations, and ordinances, including but not limited to:

  • Florida business licensing and registration requirements

  • Local zoning, occupancy, and fire safety regulations

  • Health, sanitation, and building safety standards

  • Consumer protection and advertising laws

  • Employment, independent contractor, and tax regulations

  • Accessibility requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), where applicable

Devotion Yoga monitors regulatory requirements and maintains all necessary permits and registrations required to operate a yoga and wellness studio.

6. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Devotion Yoga and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

Use of this website is permitted for lawful purposes only.
