Guest Experience and Front Desk Coordinator

Devotion Yoga is an urban sanctuary dedicated to providing an elevated yoga experience for our community. We are seeking a Guest Experience & Front Desk Coordinator who embodies poise, professionalism, and radiates calm. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for maintaining the seamless flow of our studio while. You aren’t just checking people in; you’re the first smile our students see and the person who helps set the tone for their entire practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Ambassador of First Impressions: Provide a warm, welcome to all guests, ensuring their transition from the outside world into our sanctuary is effortless. Make newcomers feel at home.
• Operational Excellence: Manage the studio’s daily flow, including check-ins and administrative tasks with great attention to detail. Answer questions about our memberships, workshops, and different yoga styles.
• Client Relations: Act as a knowledgeable guide for our membership tiers, private offerings, and tailoring recommendations to individual wellness goals.
• Studio Stewardship: Maintain the aesthetic integrity of the studio. You will ensure that every corner of our space looks pristine, feels serene and meets our level of cleanliness.

The Ideal Candidate

• Professional Poise: You possess exceptional communication skills and can remain calm.
• Experience: A background in high-end hospitality, luxury retail, or premium wellness is preferred.
• Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things—from a misplaced mat to a teacher’s specific preference—and take initiative without being asked.
• Discretion & Integrity: You understand the importance of client privacy and represent the studio’s values with the utmost professional conduct.
• Reliable & Punctual: You’re the one who opens or closes the doors to the sanctuary—reliability is a must.
• People Person: You genuinely enjoy chatting with people and building community.
• Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable learning studio software (like MindBody) and navigating a POS system.

• Weekday Mornings: 5:45 am – 9:45 or 10:45 am
• Weekday Evenings: 4:45 pm – 8:45 or 9:45 pm
• Weekend Mornings: 6:15 am – 10:15 or 11:15 am
